GT PROGRAM FRAMEWORK

  • Upon completing all relevant documents for on boarding, Graduate Trainees and establishments are recommended to go through the following:
  • Work Readiness Program: 1-week class room training provided by MOHRE, aims at setting expectations, explaining program flow and enhancing basic working skills.
  • Corporate Induction Program: 3-6 weeks program that introduces the GT to the establishment’s core business, main functions, and processes flows.
  • Career Orientation: 3-6 months plan that aims at improving the main technical competencies required by the relevant sector or department.
  • Job Development: 4-12 months plan that starts upon receiving the description of the job targeted in the GT program. The process includes creating and implementing a PDP. This involves identifying the areas for training and development through one-to-one career coaching sessions, analyzing training needs, and measuring the training effectiveness. In the case of GT contracts that confirms employment upon training, the aim of the job development process is to support the GT’s to receive a confirmation of employment after the completion of the training.
